Website Content Management

Description of Service

Kyber Web Agency will provide website content management on a monthly recurring basis. This specifically provides for posting new content, altering existing content, and removing content as specified by the Client. The Client will provide all content's specific style, wording, and images. However, to a limited extent, Kyber Web Agency will advise the Client on how the content may best fit into the site from a style and technology standpoint.

Refund/Cancellation

Kyber Web Agency strives to provide the best possible service and will accommodate any reasonable request to the best of our ability. If the Client is dissatisfied with this service, they may cancel it at any time. No refund for any service period already begun or past will be provided.

Force Majeure

Kyber Web Agency shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Kyber Web Agency will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, in profits, goods, or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee

The client acknowledges and agrees that Kyber Web Agency cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be made but no results are promised.
